Intercontinental Law Firm, P.A. is a law firm headed by attorney Lorraine E. Perez. Ms. Perez graduated from St. Thomas University in Miami, Florida in 1999. She also graduated as attorney from the Universidad Pedro Henríquez Ureña in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic in 1992. Attorney Lorraine E. Perez is a member of the Florida Bar and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), as well as, qualified to practice law in the Dominican Republic.

At Intercontinental Law Firm, P.A. we help companies to plan and execute their egress to the USA, offering legal advice and counseling in international trade, and how to establish a business, subsidiary or acquire a franchise in the United States.
